This is typical Maluku's drink.
It is Kopi Sibu-Sibu. It Is
a kind of coffee robusta which with traditional process and the smooting
process use traditional process too.
The taste of
Sibu-sibu Coffee is delicious, because in the Sibu- sibu coffee, there is a
mixture of ketapang young seeds and a powder cloves in a puree. The taste
is so different with another coffee. So, if you have time to visited Maluku,
don't forget to taste it.
